From this site you will be able to download the latest firmware (internal software used to control the Blu-ray Disc player theater) to enhance the products operation and/or add new features.

It is important to Panasonic that our customers are able to keep their Panasonic Blu-ray Disc ("BD") player theaters up-to-date with the latest enhancements available. Using this site, you will be able to download the latest updates available for your Panasonic BD player theater.

Note:In order to update your Panasonic BD player theater using this site, it is required that you create an update disc by downloading the latest "firmware" available for your player theater and writing it onto a CD-R disc. If you do not have the means to create a CD-R disc, please contact the Global Service Center Network to have the latest update mailed to you.
